All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Postage and courier fees are not included in the purchase price.
How long does shipping take?
For shipping within New Zealand, please allow for 2-5 days shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this moment we only ship within New Zealand.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes, all our products use plant or mineral based ingredients that are derived from the earth. We only test our products on human friends, not animal friends!
Are your products suitable for both men and women?
Yes. We believe that good quality skincare should not be defined to a specific gender. We wanted to create a range that is equally beneficial to both men and woman.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All our products have a 24-month shelf life from date of production.
How should I store your products?
We recommend storing our products in an area below 25ºC degrees.

What is your return/refund policy?
No returns or refunds will be offered unless the product is proven faulty (for example, damaged tubes, broken bottles). Please note all items will be checked prior to shipping.
- Given the nature of our products, we ask that you choose your products carefully as we will not refund the item if you change your mind.
- You will be responsible for the return mailing/shipping costs.
- Returned items may not be altered, or over 50% used.
- We are not responsible for return packages that get lost or damaged in the post.
- If you purchased an Earthly Bandits product from a stockist, please contact them first to discuss the return.
